I love a bow on your site, but would like it in a different colour. Is that possible? TOP
Absolutely! You may take any bow from our site and request in the comments section of you order that it be created in another colour. Alternatively, you can contact us and request a custom order be made for you. Are all of you items really handmade? TOP
The only items on our site that are not handcrafted by the 4 Li'l Darlins team ourselves are our knit, crochet and nylon headbands and flowers. Everything else is created by us. I have a function/wedding/party coming up and am quite particular about what I would like. Could you help? TOP
I love customs more than anything, and greet the challenge with sheer joy and excitement! I love nothing better than to create something special and unique for a customer. If I ask you to create a custom bow, and the do not like it, am I obliged to purchase it? TOP
No. At 4 Li'l Darlins all of our customs bows are made prior to you deciding if you would like to go ahead with the purchase or not. Pictures will be supplied to you of the completed items and you can decided from there. Our bows will always sell, so if it is not quite what you are after, no doubt someone else would like it!. I purchased something but am not happy with it. What can I do? TOP
If you have purchased an item that may be faulty 4 Li'l Darlins will happily replace the item at no cost to you, and also send you a small gift by way of apology for your inconvenience.
If you have received an item that is not quite what you thought it would be ie too big, wrong colour shade, we will happily exchange it for you within 30 days of purchase. Why is the wait time so long to receive my items? TOP
90% of 4 Li'l Darlins stock is created upon ordering. We just do not have the time to mass produce items in advance. 4 Li'l darlins also would like to make sure all of our products maintain the high quailty that we are renowned for, so for this reason we do not sell other peoples creations or order them in, and will only continue to sell what we are able to make ourselves. If your order is more urgent or pressing, please let us know. I live in Townsville, and would like to collect my items as opposed to paying postage. Can I do this? TOP
